Ida Eulalah Miller Obituary (2025)

Eulalah (Holland) Miller, age 96, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2025, in Cashmere, Washington. She was born November 22, 1929, to Arvil and Della Holland in Lookeba, Oklahoma, and later moved to Arkansas. At the age of 14, she moved to Cowiche with her parents. In 1947, while attending Highland High School, she was chosen to represent her community in the Apple Blossom Parade in Wenatchee, Washington. Remembering that experience always brought a smile to her face. While in high school, she met her sweetheart, Carl Miller Jr., and later married him. She and Carl started an apple ranch in Tieton during the 1950s, where they raised their family. They continued to farm for more than 40 years. She lived a life grounded in faith, kindness, and quiet strength. She attended Calvary Chapel and later attended church at The Terraces at Summitview. Her greatest devotion was to her family, whom she loved deeply and supported with steady care throughout her life. She is survived by her five children: Linda Baldwin, Snohomish, Wa; Carmen Miller, San Diego, Ca; Pam Jenkins, Yakima, Wa; Marc (Jennifer) Miller, Cashmere, Wa; and Phil (Julie) Miller, Bainbridge Island, Wa. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren: Jon (Erin), Janelle (Carmen), Jared, Julia, Jordan (Kayla), Nicole (Kyle), Drew, Marcus (Tabitha), and Matthew (McKaylin), and her great-grandchildren: Kaden, Kalli, Coen, Carter, and Theo. She is also lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Her grandchildren always looked forward to and will remember her for her famous biscuits and chocolate. She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings: James Holland, Daphna Rose, and Estelle Foresee; her son-in-law, Bill Jenkins; and her grandson, Michael Miller. Those who knew Eulalah will remember the gentle and quiet way she left a trail of love and compassion. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed. We are grateful for the love she shared and for a lifetime of cherished memories. A viewing will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Brookside Funeral Home, 500 W. Prospect Rd. Moxee, Wa 98936. At her request, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Union Gospel Mission or a charity of your choice.
