Julie LeAnn Myers Obituary (2025)

Julie LeAnn Myers, born on March 5, 1970, in Yakima, Washington, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2025, in Zillah, Washington, at the age of 54. Julie was deeply cherished by her family and closest to her daughters, Jaylee Nichols (Nathan Nichols), Jackie Beck (Scott Beck), and Jordan Black (fiance, Nick Meikle), as well as her beloved grandchildren: Kambree, Kimberlynn, Hudson, Ryan, and Thomas. She is also survived by her father, Fred Camerer; her brother, Jeff Camerer (Jamie Camerer); and her sister, Jenice Holmes (Dan Holmes). Julie was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Camerer; her son, Thomas Taylor Camerer; and her grandparents, Ted and Ruth Williams and Lee Camerer. Julie had a passion for life's simple joys. She found peace in gardening and had a special love for horses. She delighted in collecting seashells at the beach and unique rocks from her travels. A talented cook, Julie's kitchen was often filled with the warmth of her creations. Above all else, she treasured time spent with her children and grandchildren, who were the light of her life. A Public Viewing will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, at Brookside Funeral Home located at 500 W. Prospect Place, Moxee, WA 98936 at 12:30 PM. A Graveside Service will follow at Terrace Heights Memorial Park at 2:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Julie's life afterward at the VFW Post #379 on S. 5th Ave in Yakima. The VFW offers a full bar and menu for those attending. Julie's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace.
