Delma Dee McLean

Moxee, Washington

Delma loved people deeply and had a gift for adopting anyone who would let her. She cherished her family and her time singing in the Zillah choir and her church choir. She enjoyed her involvement with the Yakima Valley Genealogical Society and a good slice of pie. She was devoted to her church community at Wiley Union Church, always looking for ways to help others and to grow in her relationship with the Lord. A proud Army wife, she supported veterans and children’s charities with unwavering dedication. Delma was always there—showing up for every interest, every activity, every moment that mattered. She reached out to new faces with kindness, always trying to make a connection. Her life was defined by love, service, and the joy she found in others.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank McLean; her parents, Rudolf and Martha Roloff; her sister, Shirley Eliot and her daughter, Ann Palmer.

She is survived by her children, Bruce (Debra) McLean, Scott (Saralyn) McLean, and Mark (Tracy) McLean.

She is survived by her grandchildren:
– Jessica, child of Ann (David) Palmer
– Matthew and Abigail, children of Scott (Saralyn) McLean
– Caleb, Jael, Grace and Luke, children of Mark (Tracy) McLean
