With his devoted family surrounding him. Kenny was released from this world on October 20th, 2024. Deward Kenneth (Kenny) Osborn, Jr was born on May 11, 1973, to Deward and Pam Osborn, the youngest of the four Osborn brothers. Kenny graduated from West Valley High School in 1991. He earned a degree in Telecommunications from Perry Technical Institute and began his career at Fruit Packers Supply. His genuine ability to connect with virtually everyone he met helped build strong and lasting friendships. On October 12, 2002, Kenny married Carly Pieti, beginning a 22-year marriage built on love and laughter. Their son Grant Kenneth was born in 2003. Their daughter Gracie Ann arrived in 2005 and their family was completed by Gavyn Kennedy on Leap Day 2008. The Osborn home became a reflection of their personalities: warm, welcoming and so much fun. Friends, family, and many wayward dogs often could be found enjoying a barbecue, pool party or any celebration with the Osborns. When not actively supporting his children's athletic or academic activities, Kenny loved fly fishing, especially with Grant and sitting around the campfire creating elaborate stories for everyone's entertainment. Kenny's arresting blue eyes, good-natured self-deprecating humor and profound generosity drew others to him. So often he was behind acts of kindness without drawing attention to himself. He also possessed a quick and delightful wit, which sometimes manifested in nicknames that endure and will be part of his legacy. On May 11, 2023, which happened to be his 50th birthday, Kenny was diagnosed with Angiosarcoma. A rare and difficult to treat cancer, he endured countless treatments, hospital stays, blood transfusions and horrific pain. By his side were Carly, his brother/best friend Erin, and a cavalry of friends and family. He not-so-fondly nicknamed his tumor Kevin and fought his illness with grace, dignity and his signature humor. One of the providers at UW, astonished by the number of visitors Kenny had around the clock, asked him what he did. True to his humble nature, he replied "I sell boxes". Kenny is survived by his wife Carly and their children Grant, Gracie and Gavyn; brothers Dane (Ashley), Sean, and Erin; father Deward Sr; mother-in-law Judie (John) Cyr-Reeves; father-in-law Mike (Angela) Pieti; sisters-in-law Kari (aka Uncle Larry) and Matt Brennan and Cammie (aka Rudy) Hudson and Matt Koster; nephews Dylan and Mac Hudson; nephew Gabe Osborn; and nieces Emma and Claire Hudson. Uncle Kenny will also be missed deeply by a multitude of many other nieces and nephews. His mother Pam Fulcher, father-in-law, who he thought of as one of his best friends, Tom Cyr, and close buddy Jeff Meyer preceded him. There are so many people we wish to acknowledge and thank. The outpouring of love and support in the last 18 months has been truly remarkable and is a testament to Kenny's singular legacy. Fruit Packers Supply in particular provided unwavering support in every way a family could wish for.
