Gloria Adrienne Palmer, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on February 14, 2024, in Wenatchee, WA. She was born on August 18, 1937, in Duluth, MN, to loving parents who instilled in her the values of compassion and hard work. Gloria's life was defined by her unwavering love for her family. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth and kindness that will be cherished by all who knew her. Her daughter, Lynn Palmer, and son, Kurt Palmer, were at the center of Gloria's world. Her grandson, Jonathan Palmer and his family, brought immeasurable joy into her life. As "Grandma" or "Great-Grandma," Gloria showered each generation with unconditional love and support, her wisdom guiding them through life's challenges while celebrating their triumphs wholeheartedly. One of Gloria's greatest passions was quilting. With skillful hands and a creative spirit, she crafted beautiful quilts that became treasured heirlooms within the family. Her generous spirit also led her to create countless donated quilts and Christmas stockings for kids. Each stitch told a story of love and dedication, a reflection of Gloria herself. A devoted fan of the Seattle Mariners, Gloria could often be found cheering on her favorite team with enthusiasm that was infectious to those around her. Her love for baseball brought together friends and family in moments filled with laughter and camaraderie. In addition to being an avid baker whose kitchen always smelled like something delicious, Gloria had an innate ability to make everyone feel welcome in her home. Whether it was through sharing recipes or simply offering a listening ear over a cup of tea, she touched countless lives and tummies with her nurturing spirit. The loss of Gloria has left an indelible void in the hearts of those who knew her best; however, they find solace knowing that she is at peace alongside loved ones who have gone before her.
