Kenneth Wooderson

Kenneth A Wooderson, 85, of Selah, peacefully passed away on December 28, 2016. He was born in Bethany, Missouri to Ward and Jewel Wooderson on October 20, 1931. He married Pauline Collins on September 19, 1951 and they enjoyed nearly 65 years of marriage, until her death in early 2016. To this marriage was born two children, Janet and John.

Ken was a hard working man who enjoyed agriculture. He loved his family and enjoyed tinkering in the garage. He was proud of his Model A and Model T cars. He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his children, Janet Withers and John Wooderson as well as 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Pauline, and daughter in law, Sandra Wooderson, as well as his siblings, James Keith, Melva Jean Ramsey, Marvin Lee, and Larry Dean.

Visitation is planned for Wednesday, January 4th, 2017 from 2-7PM at Brookside Funeral Home (500 W. Prospect, Moxee, WA). The Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, January 5th at 2:00PM at Terrace Heights Memorial Park, followed by a reception at Selah Covenant Church (560 McGonagle Rd, Selah, WA).
