Linda Joyce (Andrews) Badgley, beloved mother, grandmother, and devoted wife, passed away on October 23, 2023, at her home in the Yakima Valley. Born on May 16, 1944, in Tacoma, WA, Linda's life was filled with love, dedication, and a deep faith in Christ. Linda was preceded in death by her loving husband, David Badgley, and her parents, John Andrews and Joyce (Beaulieu) Andrews. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories for her daughter, Melody, and her two sons, John and Todd. Lindas grandchildren, John, Cole, Cooper, Lincoln, Madison, Natalie, Carson, and Ethan were the light of her life, and she adored every moment spent with them. Linda met her beloved husband, David, while she was working at Boeing in Renton. They exchanged vows in 1968. Linda embraced her new life in the Yakima Valley, where she joined the Badgley Family Orchard and dedicated herself to building the family business. For over 50 years, Linda poured her heart and soul into the orchard, nurturing it with love and care. Beyond her dedication to the family business, Linda's greatest joy came from raising her children and instilling in them the values of hard work, compassion, and faith. Linda's commitment to her community extended beyond her family. She served as a den mother for the Boy Scouts, nurturing and guiding young boys as they embarked on their own journeys. Her selflessness and dedication to others were evident in every aspect of her life. Upon retirement, Linda and David enjoyed the fruits of their labor, spending their remaining years together in the comfort of their family home. Linda's unwavering faith in Christ provided her with strength and solace throughout her life, and she found comfort in her relationship with Him. Lindas memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Her legacy of love, dedication, and faith will continue to inspire and guide us. Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find solace in knowing that Linda is now reunited with her beloved husband, David, and watching over us from above.
