On March 26, 2023, Phoebe Anne Oliver was called upon to take her place as an Angel. Born November 22, 2010, Phoebe was our ray of sunshine. Smart beyond her years, an artist on all canvases. Phoebe had a kindness in her heart for all living things. She loved the outdoors and family adventures. She dreamed of being a realtor and was a talented makeup artist. Phoebe is survived by her mother and step father, Juanita and Eric, her father Patrick, brothers, Pierce and Chance, sisters, Piper and Lily, and her entire extended family. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 7, 2023, at 3:00pm, at Brookside Funeral Home (500 W. Prospect Place, Moxee, WA 98936). Brookside Funeral Home is caring for the family.
