Rebecca Lyn VARNER

Rebecca Lyn Varner a.k.a Becky Mears, 52 years old of Naches, passed away unexpectedly on Sept 14, 2025, while visiting her husband John at Multicare Memorial hospital.

Becky was born January 22,1973 to parents Gary and Linda Gray of Naches, where she was raised and attended Naches School, graduating from Naches High School in 1991. Becky then studied and obtained her BA in Educational Studies. From there she worked in childcare centers and ended her career as a classroom assistant teacher.

Becky enjoyed many things, camping with friends and family, crafts, and painting canvas pictures. She was always ready for a concert and the casino! Her favorite times were the cruises she and John took together.

Becky leaves behind her husband John and their beloved pets, brother Greg and his family, a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Gary Gray and Linda Urlacher.

A Rosary and Celebration of Life for family will be held at the family home.

A Celebration of Life for friends and coworkers will be held at a later date.
