Robert Brewer Heaverlo Obituary (2025)

It is with heavy hearts that our family announces the passing of Robert Brewer Heaverlo, on February 8, 2025. Robert was a radiant soul that left us too soon. Robert's joyful spirit, sense of humor, and bright smile are dearly missed and treasured in memories of those who knew him. Robert was born on July 7, 1994, in Yakima, Washington. He grew up in Yakima. After graduating from high school, he enjoyed working on computers and started studying computer science. Robert's hobbies were fishing, baseball, going to the ocean and the great outdoors. Robert loved his two cats, Chrissy and Bitsey, who are also in Heaven. Robert loved life. The many adventures to Disneyland when he was younger, traveling and God. Robert was baptized many years ago, at the Summitview Church of Christ, by our minister, Kevin Jensen. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Bernice Heaverlo, uncle, Jesse Heaverlo, Roy and Martha Brewer of Texas, Marvin and Della Gray of Killeen, Texas, and their son, Captain Robert Gray, who flew with Doolittle's Raiders. He is survived by his loving mother, Beverly Heaverlo, father, RL Heaverlo of Yakima, aunts, Paula Heaverlo of Yakima, Josephine Ulvog, Kathryn Kendall of Texas, Rich and Melody Bruning of Texas, Regina and Page Elson of Hurst, Texas, Greg and Noralyn Ripps of San Antonio, Texas, and many more cousins. Fly high up in Heaven Robert. The angels have lifted you up to your heavenly home. You will be missed every day but never forgotten. You were loved and cherished very much. A Memorial Service to celebrate Robert's life will be held on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at 2:00p.m., at Summitview Church of Christ (100 N. 72nd Ave., Yakima, WA). All of Robert's family and friends are invited to pay their respects and visit him one last time. Brookside Funeral Home is caring for the family.
